Reitman continued to speak to press as part of the No Strings Attached premiere week, today speaking with USA Today and confirming that he is open to evaluating if 3D is right for Ghostbusters 3. He states that the studio is interested, clearly because of the money it can rake in, he knows it would be fun but is aware that 3D movies work better for funny talking CGI animals as opposed to funny talking live action scientists.
He goes on to reconfirm Sigourney's interest and remention waiting on Murray's script approval.
This is USA today's second scoop on Ghostbusters 3 in the last year. We previously reported on the 3D rumors coming out of ILM about a year ago, for that article and our thoughts click here.
