Sure, Jonah Hill and Kristen Bell would make fine Ghostbusters. Anyone who saw Jonah's work in Moneyball or who has avidly watched Veronica Mars and "understands" what Bell can do will get that. But these pictures shouldn't spur third movie rumors. The biggest tip-off? Ecto here is parked right next to the car from The Green Hornet, meaning the Ghostbusters' ride of choice isn't out for a shoot, it's just out on the lot. No special occassion. Just sittin there being pretty. And why not, it was shined up over the past few years for the video game and related events.

Yes, this may be just a fun pose with the Ecto-1 but don't you at least find it interesting that they both posed with the car today and they have both been in successful humorous movies together. They would be perfect for today's humor and it would go right along with the story that Aykroyd has been trying to go onboard with Sony. After all Oscar would be around 23-25 right now and Jonah Hill is 28?? Interesting right?

ReplyDeleteI hope this points to Ghostbusters still being made, the last i read anything, Bill finally read the script,tore it up, and sent it back with a not saying "no one wants to watch 4 old fat guys chasing ghosts".
So i figured that was the end of it all, no GB3... i still hold hope though.
