"Field Trip", while sticking to the rule that is apparently destroying science fiction, sounds like a cool project but Reitman jumping onto it full force means that we're not looking at a Ghostbusters 3 any time soon.
Meanwhile, Reitman + sci fi could be good with the right script and actors. Which he rarely gets... but you never know! *cough* EVOLUTION *cough*
